Kaplan is committed to your success on the GMAT. We stand behind our programs and your results with the Kaplan Higher Score Guarantee.

  • If you take our GMAT course and feel that you are not ready to take the exam, you may repeat the course free of charge, including having your membership extended for an additional three months.

  • If you take our GMAT course and are not satisfied with your official score, no matter what the increase, you may repeat the course free of charge, including getting your membership extended for an additional three months.

  • If you take our GMAT course and your score on the official exam is the same or lower than your baseline score, you may repeat the course free of charge, including getting your enrollment extended for an additional three months, or get a 100% refund on your GMAT course fee.

All we ask is that you meet our basic study requirements: Attend class, do your homework, and establish a valid baseline score. It's that simple.

General Conditions:
  1. You must be enrolled in a Kaplan GMAT Classroom Course that began on or after January 2, 2006 and attend all classes, in the correct order, and complete all of your required homework as outlined on your student homepage
  2. Your baseline score will be either your previous official GMAT score (you must supply the original official score report) or your diagnostic test score in the event that you have not yet taken the GMAT test. Your Kaplan diagnostic test score is a valid baseline score only when the test is the Kaplan CAT #1 taken on a computer at the Kaplan Paris Center prior to any math or verbal classe
  3. If, after the course, you feel that you are not ready to take the actual exam or are not satisfied with your score on the actual exam, you may repeat the full course for free. If your total score is not higher on the actual exam than your baseline score, you may repeat the full program for free or get a full refund. If you take our GMAT course and your score on the official exam is the same or lower than your baseline score, you may repeat the course free of charge, including getting your enrollment extended for an additional three months, or get a 100% refund on your GMAT course fee
  4. Only one of these Higher Score Guarantee aspects may be used by any one student—they may not be combined in any way
  5. The Higher Score Guarantee only applies to Kaplan Unlimited GMAT courses purchased and held at the Kaplan Paris Center and does not include Intensive GMAT courses, Immersion or Semi-Immersion GMAT courses, online courses, or private tutoring. The Higher Score Guarantee is only available for first-time Kaplan GMAT students
